Enpro closes business faster

Chicago, Il, May, 2006 - Blue Mesa Technologies, LLC.(Blue Mesa), a leading IT professional services firm, is helping Enpro, Inc.(Enpro) close business faster with QTS v.2 a quote preparation and tracking system.

Enpro is committed to an on-going search for ways to improve their organization processes. Consistent with this goal, Enpro focused attention on the custom quote preparation and tracking system in use since 1998. To realize the goal of closing business faster, three challenges had to be met; simplify the preparation process, re-engineer the system architecture, create a system the sales force would use again.

Enpro chose Blue Mesa Technologies for the project.

Using the workflow properties and document handling strength of Lotus Notes and Domino 6 software, Blue Mesa architected a solution that not only provided a vastly simplified user interface, but a uniform standard for quotation development for all of the sales people-both inside sales and outside sales.

“There is the improved efficiency in the processing of customer orders by inside sales. All pertinent information including, customer net, cost, specification sheets, etc. are included and attached to the quote eliminating the need and the delay associated with inside sales having to contact the salesman for details concerning the project. Now we can enter the order as soon as we receive it from the customer!” says Brian Cook, President

Quotes can be done, ”. in about 40% less time than before!” says Ken Wiley, Enpro District Manager. New employees can be trained in less than half the time.
